Day 21 Recovery Day 20, 19 Self Aspiration #1

Could walk normally now for longer periods of time.  Current measurements (at night)  left 35.5, right 36.  Doing aspiration myself the first time tonight.  Did my right calf first and managed to take out about 2ml.  Pulled the needle up and down my calf but couldn't get more fluid.  Then I tried my left calf.  It was even harder to take out fluid and there were bubbles forming.  When I tried to pull the needle up and down, it hurt a lot so I had to pull the whole syringe out.  Managed to get around the same amount from both calves.

Day 16 Recovery Day 15, 14

Face:  can tell the jawline is more defined.  Sides of face still a little bruised and hoping the two bulges would disappear soon.
Woke up with tight calves.  After a few stretches, they were better.  Managed to take a shower okay.  Went outside to grab a takeout for lunch.  Still couldn't walk too fast but my slow walk almost looks normal.  Stayed home the whole day after that doing stretches and elevating legs.  Legs are less swollen now but my feet are still pretty swollen.  Took a nap and woke up again with tight legs.  It was okay after a few stretches.  Took another shower in the evening and measured my calves for the first time.  Original size was 40cm for both and now left calf is 36 and right is 36.5.  Hopefully will go down even more.  First self aspiration will be on 31st.

Day 15 Recovery Day 14, 13

Woke up did a few stretches and took a quick shower.  Had to pack up and check out at 12.  Kind of rushed and managed to leave my luggage at the residence before heading out.  Had a haircut and perm and was able to take metro.  Legs were a bit tight after sitting at the salon.  Managed to get back on time and carried luggage to bus stop.  It was more than an hour bus ride to the airport so dozed off a bit.  Woke up and legs were a bit stiff.  Walked around the airport with an obvious limp and rested a few times.  Boarded the plane and thankfully had an emergency exit seat.  Even though I couldn't stretch my legs all the way out, it was still a bit better.  The 3.5 hour flight was okay but legs felt very swollen.  Was a very tiring trip and couldn't wait to go back home to stretch out.  Didn't do a lot of stretches today.  Got home and showered first time standing up.  It was a bit difficult but still managed.

Day 14 Recovery Day 13, 12

Woke up, did my warm up stretch.  Calves still feel pretty tight in the mornings.  It did get better after a few more stretches.  Took a shower and calves feel better.  Could walk pretty good today.  Park will be teaching me how to do aspiration myself today.  Got to clinic at 2 and was seated on the operation table.  Was extremely nervous.  Park inserted the needle into my left calf.  I was supposed to pull the syringe to extract the blood.  Could do it a little bit but towards the end it got really hard to pull more.  Then Park told me to insert the needle myself into the right calf.  Was able to get it in but couldn't pull the syringe hard enough because of my left hand.  Started to feel faint and had to lie down on the table.  Park helped finish the extraction.  I was really dizzy and started breaking into cold sweat.  Really nervous as to how I can do this on my own.  Afterwards were given extra syringes and my stocking.  Park said I might need 2-3 more aspirations on my own.  Got back to residence to rest a while before heading to my 4pm appointment at DA.  Turns out Bok Soon didn't have a car today but she offered to walk me there.  It was quite a bit of a long walk and had to take a break in between.  Got my stiches removed which was just a little bit painful when the nurse snipped the first bit.  Saw the surgeon for a few seconds and it was all done.  Walked back with Bok Soon and she sent me to the metro station because I had to do some last minute shopping.  Legs were quite tired by then so took a lot of rests along the way.  After shopping I couldn't walk anymore and took cab back.  Going to take it easy tonight because will be leaving tmr.

Day 13 Recovery Day 12, 11

Woke up at around 4 to go to the washroom.  Made myself stretch a little after.  Then woke up at 8 and started doing stretches.  Things were better today.  Went out at noon and walking was a bit better than yesterday.  Took many rest stops along the way.  Back at residence at around 7 and can tell legs were very swollen.  Quickly elevated legs and did stretches.  Stretches are becoming better after a day of walking.  Also took another shower to hopefully increase blood circulation.

Day 12 Recovery Day 11, 10

Woke up at around 8.  It was a long sleep and I dreaded waking up with the tightness of my calves.  Getting up was quite painful.  After a bit of warm up, I stretched my calves.  It was still pretty tight.  I did a few more every 30 mins and decided to take a shower to warm it up, hopefully letting it loosen a little bit.  After shower, calves were slightly better.  I continued my stretches and by noon, my calves were getting quite good.  I decided to go out today as walking seem a lot better.  Went out at around 1 and I can definitely tell my walking improved.  I still get tired when I'm standing still though.  I went to Ewa and shopped a bit.  It was nice there because there were lots of benches around so I could have a seat every time I get tired.  I rested my legs a few times and at around 3, I sat down and stretched my legs out horizontally for about 30 mins while waiting for the other former who was visiting Park today.  We met up at 4 and walked abit.  By then my legs were getting really tired and I can tell it's going to get pretty swollen.  I can definitely tell my right is a lot more swollen.  Before surgery, I'm not able to wrap my 2 hands around my calves (thumb to thumb and middle finger to middle finger).  But now, I can wrap around my calves with a bit of loose space in between.  However, my right calf still have about a 1.5 cm distance when I try wrapping my hands around it.  This gives an indication as to how badly swollen my right calf is.  After a while, we sat down for dinner and I tried to raise my legs horizontally as often as possible.  I did not do any stretches throughout the day and felt pretty bad.  Walking got a lot more tiring and also a lot slower.  Definitely not as good as when I first came out.  Got back to residence at around 730 and diligently did my stretches and elevated my legs.  Hopefully swelling will not be too bad.  After a few stretches, I took another shower.  I'm hoping the warm showers would help blood circulation thus reduce the swelling.  Stretching is a lot easier now but hopefully will remain this way tomorrow.

Day 11 Recovery Day 10, 9 (Aspiration #3)

Slept early last night at around 930.  Managed to sleep for a couple of hours before waking up at 4.  Didn't want to get up to stretch so laid in bed until around 7.  First couple of stretches are still quite hard.  Took a shower and legs were a bit less tight.  After a few stretches, managed to walk to bakery again.  Today seem tougher than yesterday though.  Got back to residence for a small break and it was time to go for 3rd aspiration.  This aspiration was quite painful too but I guess it was better than last times because I could still manage to walk.  However, I do feel that my calves feel a lot tighter after that which is weird.  Even Park asked if it's very painful after aspiration and when I said yes he seem surprised.  He told me most people find that it feels better after aspiration.  I'm quite worried at this point and he asked a few questions regarding the pain.  I told him first aspiration was okay but the second and this time were quite painful.  Last time I could barely even walk afterwards.  He also said my right calf has a lot more fluid.  I asked him if there's any reason for this and he just said both calves are different.  I asked if more muscles were taken out in either calf and he said it was the same.  I'm very worried because most people seem to recover by day 10 but my recovery has been going up and down each day.  Stretching did get harder than yesterday, sort of like before aspiration on day 7.  Was pretty worn out so took a nap for 3 hours.  Woke up and calves were even tighter.  Had to use warm towel every time I stretch.  Things still aren't getting better though.  After a few more stretches every 30 mins, I decided to try walking out for dinner.  It was too painful and thankfully the reception was still open so I could order take out.  I had my dinner in my room and it was just too exhausting doing more stretches.  I went to sleep early around 930 and actually slept through the night.

Day 10 Recovery Day 9, 8

Woke up with stiff legs.  Stretching them out were quite painful.  Right leg is still a lot more tight than my left.  I'm quite happy with how my left leg is healing though.  If only my right could heal at the same pace then I wouldn't have to rely on my left leg so much.  After a few stretches, things did get better.  However I'm not stretching as hard as before (ie. standing closer to the wall when doing the belly stretch).  Took a shower and calves do feel better from the steam and heat.  I can also stretch further and further.  However, I do feel pain on my left feet when I stretch.  It's like a needle prickly sensation under the ankle near the sole of my feet.  I msged Park to see what he would say.  I managed to walk all the way to the bakery near Grand without resting.  My walking is a lot better and my right calf seem to have warmed up from stretching.  I got back to residence and saw Park's reply.  He said the needle pain is caused by stretch of nerve but will go away soon.  He also told me to continue stretching so I'm guessing things are getting better.  Could do a bit of shopping out today.  Was out for 4 hours but tried to rest as much as I could along the way.  I can definitely tell my right calf got even more swollen though.  Will rest for the rest of the evening.  Stretching is still bearable.

Day 9 Recovery Day 8, 7 (Aspiration #2)

One week post op for calves.  Woke up with extreme tightness.  Was a bit disappointed.  Spent a long time trying to stretch them out.  Could manage to get to 711 to buy breakfast.  Showered and the steam sort of relaxed the muscles a little.  Right leg is definitely more swollen and tight than left leg.  Limped to clinic and arrived at 130.  Waited until past 230 before they were free to aspirate my legs.  Aspiration seem even more painful than last time, not sure why.  Right leg took a long time and was very painful.  I asked Park how much was extracted and he said 15 in left and 60 in right.  I said wow that's a big difference and he said yes right is more swollen.  Didn't give any explanation or suggestions so I didn't bother asking either.  I asked if he thinks i'll need to do aspirations myself and he said yes probably 3-4 times.  Shit I really can't imagine doing it myself.  I hope I can get everything extracted before I leave.  Afterwards the nurse asked me to do stretches.  Because of the long wait, my legs were getting tighter again so I opened my legs wider to do the belly stretch.  The nurse said I need to put my legs together and do the stretch.  It was almost impossible.  She pushed my back towards the wall and it was extremely painful.  I held it in and wished she would stop soon.  I was really sweaty afterwards.  Then I did the squat and she pushed me down really low to the floor.  Again it was really painful and by the time I'm done, I'm sweaty and dizzy.  The nurse got me to sit for a while before leaving so I rested a bit.  I realized my walking is even worse after the aspiration.  My right leg hurts so much that I'm walking with a very severe limp.  I got back to the residence and scared Bok Soon a bit because I was walking fine when I left.  Got back to room and couldn't even make myself do a small stretch so I emailed Park.  I took a nap after that because my energy was drained back in the clinic when I was forced into a big stretch.  Didn't fall deeply asleep as every now and then I'd flex my toes back to make sure my legs aren't fully cramped.  Woke up after a while and saw Park's reply asking me to stretch slowly and can put a warm towel on my calf.  Stretched a few more times and it did seem to get a little better.  Decided to go out to Gangnam station for some shopping.  Had to take a few rests along the way but arrived there with about an hour to spare before the shops closes.  The way back was tougher because it was very crowded with no seats available.  Did manage to make it back to residence at around 11pm.  Did stretches until about 130.

Day 8 Recovery Day 7, 6

Almost didn't realize it's a full week since my buccal fat removal and accusculpt.  Face is still a bit swollen and have a bit of bruise marks.  For calves, they weren't as painful as yesterday when I got up.  I could stand and walk a bit but stretches are still very painful.  Went out for some food at around 10.  It felt more painful to walk compared to yesterday.  Not sure whether because I had someone to talk with yesterday so was distracted from pain.  Elevated my legs at the café so getting up wasn't too painful.  The walk back was quite horrible though especially when going back uphill.  Met with Bok Soon and another former at lobby and chatted a bit.  Did my stretches in the lobby while talking.  Legs do seem a bit better and will take shower in a bit.  Showering was a lot better than yesterday but maybe its because I was sitting down the whole time.  Went out at around 2 to shop a bit.  Couldn't walk too long but it's definitely improving.  Stretches are also not as difficult once I've warmed up for the day. After a rest at home, went out again to Starbucks to meet up another forumer.  Sat for 2 hours but propped my legs up so wasn't too sore.  Walked a long way to dinner and didn't have to sit down for rest.  Dinner also had legs propped up.  Got back to residence at around 10 and did some stretches.  Things are definitely improving!  Actually, when I was going to sleep, my right leg felt really sore.  It wasn't painful but more of a discomfort.  I had to get up and massage it which feels better for a few minutes, but the soreness comes back really quickly.  I think I must have gotten up to massage it 8 times before I could lie in bed comfortably.

Day 7 Recovery Day 6, 5 (Aspiration #1)

Couldn't really sleep as legs were very uncomfortable.  Woke up at 330 to stretch them out a bit.  After a bit of toss and turning, decided to wash my hair.  It felt really sore after removing the bandages, esp the right calf.  I couldn't stand straight so had to sit on the toilet while showering.  It's now 7 and I'm not sure whether I should try to get some sleep or get the day started.  So I decided to email Park about the pain and after a bit, I finally fell asleep.  Woke up after 2 hours at around 1030 and saw that Park had replied saying I should go see him now so that he might give me some injections to increase the recovery.  I went downstairs and couldn't see Bok Soon so I decided to tough it out and walked to his clinic.  It was quite exhausting but I found that after walking a bit, my calves do feel a bit better.  I got to the clinic at around 11 and the nurse sat me onto the operation bed and started removing my bandages.  As they were about to wrap it up again, I told them that I was supposed to see Park on Wednesday, but because my calves are unbearably painful, he suggested me to come in today (Monday).  Park came in and examined my calves a bit.  I asked whether it is normal to have a sudden halt in recovery and he paused a bit before giving the standard "It depends."  I guess I should've known but I was really hoping there'd be some sort of comment he'd enlighten me on.  Anyway, after a bit he told me to sit back up.  Midway rising, he asked whether my right calf feel more tight and painful.  I said yes and he told me to lie back down again.  He then told me he will aspirate my legs.  It was a bit surprising because I didn't know I could start aspiration so soon.  Sticking the needle into my legs were painful at first but the extraction of fluid was even more painful than I imagined.  The nurse also had to massage and press my calves to make sure more fluid could be extracted.  This was extremely painful and I had to grip onto the edge of the operation table everytime she pushes down on my tendered calf.  After what seem like a long time, they did the same thing to my left calf.  I can't imagine having to do this myself when even having Park and the nurses doing it for me were already causing so much pain.  I was then rebandaged up and I asked Park whether he would advise walking around outside yet.  He said I could but no more than 2 hours.  I also asked whether I should wear wedges or flats when going out and he said wedges would be more comfortable.  I'm not sure whether I should just wear flats so that I could heal faster.  I'd rather suffer the uncomfort while walking in flats and recover faster than to be comfortable in wedges but have a delayed recovery time.  I noticed after aspiration that my calves do feel a LITTLE bit better.  Not a lot but better than before.  The nurse also told me to do some stretches before I go and I was able to do one not too painfully.  However Park told me to move my feet even further away from the wall so I wasn't able to touch my belly to the wall after this.  He reemphasized that stretching is very important and I was free to go.  I walked back to the residence okay and waited a bit before going out in the afternoon.  Went out at 2pm and decided to wear wedges.  Didn't walk too much because got dragged to consultation at Grand for 3+ hours.  Tried to do some stretches and rested my legs but could feel them getting tight.  Finally left at 630 and tried to walk abit but getting very rainy.  Rested 2 more times and limped back in rain.  Felt extremely frustrated at this point.  Got back to residence and quickly elevated my legs.  Amazingly it wasn't too unbearable.  Tried sleeping with legs elevated on chair.  Switched positions a couple of times throughout the night.

Day 6 Recovery Day 5, 4

Legs felt really uncomfortable whole night.  It wasn't exactly painful, more of a cramped feeling where I feel like I need someone to pull my legs out to stretch them out?  Woke up at around 930 and legs were quite stiff.  Even after a few stretches, they still haven't really soften up.  After shower, it got a bit better.  I decided to see if I could get someone to clean my room from downstairs reception.  Since it was a Sunday, they said the only cleaner is fully booked and can only clean it tmr.  I decided to test my water and went out for a short walk.  It wasn't too bad and I walked back and fourth outside for a while.  Then I had the crazy idea of meeting another former living in Young Dong which was actually quite close to where I am.  The only problem is going up and down the hill.  I tried going down midway and went back up for a rest.  It wasn't too bad so I took the plunge.  I think I took around 7 rests along the way.  I was quite scared at one point because I wasn't sure whether the hotel was big enough for me to spot it.  Finally, I got there and met up with forumer.  We chat a bit, stretched a bit and rested a while before going out for lunch.  We had Korean bbq and it was quite tasty.  The only problem was I couldn't elevate my legs so after sitting down for 20 mins, I almost couldn't stand up properly.  Good thing the restaurant was quite empty so I went to the side to do some stretches.  I went to do stretches a few times during the meal and it was quite relieving.  Afterwards, we went back to the hotel again to elevate legs and do stretch.  It was a lot nicer to talk with someone during recovery!  After a while, we decided to go to a café for drinks.  I took 2 rests this time and we went to a café nearby my residence.  I could also elevate my legs here so we talked a bit more.  Even though I did so much walking today, I feel that my stretches are easier to do when I got back to the residence.

Day 5 Recovery Day 4, 3

Woke up and wasn't too hard getting out of bed.  Think continuous stretching from last night really helped a lot.  Did some stretches went to washroom.  Uncomfortable because period came.  Face is still swollen, calves feel better.  Last day taking sineech pills.  Going to OZ at 2 today to renew bandages.  Arrived at OZ and waited a bit.  Nurse Amy wasn't very friendly and after a while went to operation room to remove bandages.  She noted my legs were very swollen and also saw the water bubble near the incision area.  It was slightly painful when removing the water resistant tape.  Afterwards Park came in to wrap one of my calves.  I can see a noticeable difference in left calf but right is still very swollen.  Park did not mention anything just asked how I was feeling.  When I asked how much muscle was removed, he looked at Amy and she seemed a bit irritated when going into a room to check the figures.  She came back with 480mg I think which I'm not sure if it's very much.  Park said I should see noticeably difference though because he removed "a lot".  I'm still feeling quite skeptical because of the short operation time.  How can he take out more than expected when the surgery was less than 2 hrs?  I do hope he's right though.  When I pressed him further what he thinks my final measurements will be, he also gave a noncommitting answer saying it depends on my post op care.  I asked if 34cm would be achievable and he again answered "hopefully".  It's a bit frustrating but I guess he has his reasons not to give any promises.  At least my left leg already have visual difference.  After that, I went back to my room and was extremely hungry.  I've been living off biscuits and processed food the past few days and really wanted some solid real food.  Finally decided to go downstairs and see if they could help me order take out.  Bok Soon was sitting there chatting with a PS patient.  Turns out he just had a V line surgery and we chatted while waiting for my food.  The food took a while and was finally able to go upstairs to eat.  The sitting time made my legs very stiff again so had to stretch right away after eating.  Legs seem more stiff than yesterday and stretching were actually a bit more difficult.  Seems like I'm going back instead of moving forward in recovery.  Had headache and laid in bed a while.  Took a panadol and resumed stretches a bit.  Went to sleep around 1am.  Am hopeful to see if I could walk out to nearby café tmr.

Day 4 Recovery Day 3, 2

Woke up at around 7 and it was extremely painful just getting out of bed.  I tried a bit of stretching but couldn't do it.  Went back to sleep and woke up at around 10.  Tried getting up again and washed my face.  I've been forcing myself to do a stretch every 30 mins but it does take a bit of determination.  Going to DA later this afternoon at 4 to take out my stitches.  Good thing Bok Soon drove me.  It was so tiring standing and walking around.  I finally had my hair washed at DA and my face bandages taken off.  The stitches will be taken off on the day before I leave.  They disinfected my wounds and I was free to go.  However, I still owe them 1M so we decided to go to an ATM in the buidling.  Big mistake.  The banks were all closed and I was limping up and down the elevator.  At the end, Bok Soon drove me and the consultant girl back to citibank near the hotel so that I could take out the $.  Afterwards, Bok Soon drove me to a supermarket where i stocked up on fruits yogurt and some juice.  I stayed in my room and had some porridge and biscuits.  I also managed a quick shower today but it was quite painful.  I also took a painkiller and it's been a lot less painful doing the stretches.  I plan to do a few more stretches before the medicine wears off.  Tomrrow i will be going to OZ to take out the stitches.

Day 3 Recovery Day 2, 1

I woke up in the middle of the night and went to the washroom myself.  The next morning, the nurse wanted me to start doing my stretches.  It was really painful and I couldnt do it. I feel a bit dizzy when I start pushing myself so the nurse told me to rest a bit more first.  She also bought me some juice and a spongecake.  I tried doing my stretches on and off but couldn't really manage it.  I fell back asleep as I couldn'tsleep properly the night before.  When I woke up it was already 3pm.  We did the stretch again and I was finally able to sort of do it without feeling dizzy.  The nurse contacted Bok Soon and she came to pick me up at 7.  She helped me buy some porridge and i had that for dinner.  I also used an icepack to try and deswell my face.  It became really swollen like a chipmunk.  I tried doing one more stretch before going to sleep.  It was really hard and painful.  Dr. Park said I can take off the bandages before taking a shower.  I was a bit nervous doing it so i didn't shower again.  I feel really gross with my oily hair and face and now my body is also gross and dirty.  I went to sleep at 10 but couldn't really sleep well.

Day 2 OZ Calf Reduction Recovery Day 1

Almost backed out from this surgery as I was feeling really weak and a bit dizzy.  Walked to OZ as it was quite near.  I arrived at 945.  Surgery was at 10 so nurse helped me settle down and asked me to change into robes.  Dr. Park measured my calves again and took a few pictures.  The measurements were the same 40cm.  I asked him if i should take the sineech pills and he asked whether i've taken any yet.  I said no so he told me to take 1 tablet right away.  The other 2 will be taken after the surgery.  After that, I was taken to the operation room.  The anethesia doctor told me to lie on my side curled up like a ball.  Then he injected the anethesia into my spinal area.  It wasn't very painful just uncomfortable.  After that my lower body started to have a weird feeling and it started going numb.  The anethesia doctor used a cold cotton swab to touch my leg and my chest area.  I couldn't feel anything on my leg but could feel the coldness of the cotton swab on my chest.  The anethesia
is working.  I was then told to lie on my back and I was put to sleep.  The operation started at around 11:30 and when I woke up, it was only 12:45.  I was really surprised how quick it went and how fast I woke up.  I couldn't go to sleep for some reason and the nurse won't let me eat or drink.  I was extremely thirsty and felt really uncomfortable.  I asked how long I'll have to wait before I could eat and drink again.  The nurse said 4 hours, which would be 5:00.  It was the longest 4 hours of my life. I tried to sleep it off but couldn't because of the pain.  After a while, the pain was so unbearable that I had to shout for the nurse.  I was really upset at this point because nobody came in to see how I was doing and I felt like they wouldn't even know if i suddenly passed out in the room.  A nurse finally came in when she heard me shouting and I asked her for painkillers.  She changed my drip and i think she added some painkillers in there.  It felt a bit better and I asked again when I could drink water.  She told me around 7pm and I think i couldn've fainted right there.  She was quite nice and was sympathetic though and asked if i was really hungry.  I was allowed to drink water after that so it wasn't as bad.  I drifted in and out of sleep for a bit until around 6.  The nurse came and asked what I'd like to eat.  I wanted porridge but she didn't seem to understand me.  She came back with a take out menu but it was all in Korean and the only thing i knew was japchae.  She ordered it for me and prepared the food for me to eat in bed.  It was really oily and was hard to eat because of the swelling on my face.  I took a few bites and wanted to go to the washroom.  She helped me get up slowly and I was able to walk to the washroom with my drip.  I think I was able to walk around a bit before going back to sleep.

Day 1 DA Buccal Fat Removal & Accusculpt

I first went to OZ to get my blood test and settle the payment.  Park was pretty nice.  He measured my calves to be 40cm.  I remember last year when I had botox injection my calves were 39cm.  After first botox treatment, it was 38.  I went back for second botox injection and it went down to 37.5.  I haven't gone back for a year and didn't really measure it so I thought it would be back to 39.  Park said my ideal size would be 34cm (opposed to the 33cm he said in his email),  I asked a few questions ie. whether it will be effective, and if it might turn out to be only a 1-2cm difference.  He said he can't guarantee his results because each patient is different.  He thinks he could take out more muscles in my calves because it is very straight.  He said some patients already have bowed calves so he couldn't take out any more without it looking abnormal.  I guess there isn't much I could do but put my trust in his hands.  I also asked him for suggestions regarding my facial contouring.  He said buccal fat removal and chin/neck lipo would be effective.  I said I'll think about it first and get back to him.  I came out of consultation and met with a forumer.  She had her calves done the afternoon before.  She could walk around with normal flat slippers so it seem she was healing quite fast.  While we chatted I noticed another girl going into the operation room for her calves.  It was a bit freaky because the operation room door was open and I could see her lying there.  I turned around and saw Park coming out with a puff of smoke out of his mouth.  He quickly stashed a metal stick back inside his pocket when I caught him.  It was a bit unerving seeing him smoking who knows what right before an operation.  I guess theres not much I could do anyway since he is the most well known surgeon for calf surgery.  I was running late for my consultation at 1030.  I texted Bok Soon and told her I'll be there asap.  I met up with her back at the hotel and she drove me to DA.  We arrived and waited for consultation.  After consultation, waited and had xrays taken.  After a bit more waiting, went to see doctor.  He suggested same thing as I asked.  Did not recommend vline or mandible contouring.  For eyes, he said double eyelid and ptosis can be done.  As for face, buccal fat removal and accusculpt will be the most effective for me.  Also asked about botox and doctor said he will help me inject some as well.  Afterwards, decided on price with the consultant.  Did not really bargain for price and was set to pay in cash. They helped me wash my hair as requested and started removing all my nail polish.  It took a long time and the translator
was quite nice but was very new to the job.  Waited a long time afterwards and finally started surgery at around 3pm.  Was put under sedation.  Woke up in recovery room with bandages around my chin and face.  Felt very sleepy and couldn't leave yet so stayed in recovery room to sleep.  When i woke up it was already 9pm.  Bok Soon was waiting for me and she helped me get my medicine at the pharamcy.  Then she dropped me off at the convenience store to stock up on food.  Afterwards I went back to hotel to eat some of the food as I hadn't eaten all day.  By the time i was done it was already 11:30.  I had to begin fasting at midnight for tomorrow surgery so drank some more water and went to sleep.
